Celebrating your birthday is always a fun experience. When you celebrate it with a grand opening, it’s even better!
On November 21 William Link and his son David Link did just that. They both celebrate their birthdays in the same month and had planned on a Grand Opening of their restaurant, the Mon Desir, to celebrate with.

Speaking highly of his Father, David said, “My Dad is a great guy and loves to have fun. In fact we both do. All of us had wanted to have this grand opening before my Dad’s birthday and we barely made it.”

William expressed how pleased he was of all that was taking place.

Opening up the Mon Desir and celebrating two family birthdays all at once truly is a milestone event.

PRICING PRESSURE SET TO ELIMINATE BT’S COMPETITION
June 2, 2011 — 14:32

The number of competitors to BT in the business market is set to shrink to two.

That is the view of market analyst Ovum, which said that increasing price pressure would cause the altnets and cable companies to consolidate into just two players within five years.

The two cable operators, NTL and Telewest, are expected soon to merge, while Cable & Wireless has been reported to be interested in buying Energis.

Ovum analyst Angel Dobardziev said, “There is certainly a momentum in altnet mergers and acquisitions. Expect to hear of many more in this space: we expect only up to two altnets/cablecos left standing in the UK alongside the fixed incumbent [BT] in five years’ time.”
